Touch: Feel the breath moving in and out of your nose.

Vision: Look around and see how many green colors you can see.
Distinguish between the things you see, their texture.

Shravan: How much voice you can hear right now.
Listen to the quietest thing you can hear.

Taste: Focus your awareness on the taste and texture of your food.

Smell: Inhale deeply and notice how much you smell.
