Eligibility Criteria for IBM Recruitment Process 2021:
- B.E/B.Tech in any discipline (CSE/ECE/IT/EEE/TELECOM/EI).
- M.Sc graduates in Computer Science & Information technology are eligible to apply.
- MCA graduates are also eligible to apply.
- The candidate’s graduation degree should be a Full-Time course recognized by the Central/State Government of India.
- Only full-time courses will be considered (Part Time/Correspondence courses will not be considered).
Academic Criteria for IBM Recruitment Process 2021:
- The candidate must have more than 65% marks in 10th and 12th (or diploma).
- The candidate must have obtained an aggregate of 65% marks in graduation.
- A maximum gap of 1 year is permissible after HSC(12th) and not after SSC(10th) or in between semesters of graduation.
- All pending backlogs(if any) should be cleared at the time of appearing for the IBM selection process.
- IBM has a minimum 70% marks requirement across the entire education but this selection criterion varies.
IBM Recruitment Process 2021 – Online Test Pattern
mentioned earlier, the online test pattern of IBM Recruitment 2020 has changed,
and we have a new pattern this year. Accordingly, the IBM Online Test Pattern
contains 4 sections that need to be answered in 100 minutes. Know more details
of the online test pattern below:

IBM Online Test Pattern – Section Wise Discussion
Cognitive Ability Games:
section will aim to measure your ability through games. This is otherwise known
as Cognify. This section will feature game-based psychometric evaluations that
will look at the abilities that are important for your IBM jobs. As such, you
will face 7 mini-games in this section to be completed in 30 minutes. To put it
simply, it’s a fun way to measure your personality traits, as well as aptitude.
section is aimed to test your proficiency in the English Language. In this
round, you will face 10 questions to be answered in 10 minutes. The real catch
in this section is that the questions will continue to pop up one by one as you
answer a question until the sectional time ends.
This is a psychometric test;
wherein, you will be given a total of 50 pairs of statements to be answered in
30 minutes. In these pairs, all you have to do is to select the statement which
you agree strongly/slightly. Nothing is right or wrong in this. Your
personality will be determined based on your selections. Nearly 50% of the test
attendants will be sent out through this section only.
In this section, you will be
given 1 coding question and 5 multiple choice questions to be answered in 30
minutes. This is considered to be the toughest section in the entire IBM online
test pattern, which means you need to take enough practice so as to crack this
IBM Recruitment Process 2021 Technical Interview:
the IBM Technical Interview, the primary focus will be on your resume. So, you
are advised not to write anything on the resume, which you don’t know.
Once you clear the IBM Technical Interview, you will be moved on to the next round, which is the IBM HR Interview. There is nothing wrong with saying that this is the judgment round, as it will tell you whether you have gone through the IBM Interview Process successfully or not.
IBM Recruitment Process 2021 HR Interview:
IBM HR Interview Questions will be based upon to know your strengths,
weaknesses, and personality. You will just have to be confident in this round.
Also, you are advised to prepare your resume well.
After the IBM HR round is over, you will be asked to wait for the results. You will be intimated via e-mail whether you got selected in the IBM Hiring process or not.
