Most of the time we ignore the psychological symptoms that make us sick, such as physical illness mental illness can be fatal. Whenever we feel suffocated or uncomfortable in our chest area, the heartbeat increases we think it is a heart attack. But this is not the case, it may be due to some kind of emotional illness. We are going to look at panic attacks – anxiety disorder, causes, effects on the body, symptoms etc. let’s get started!
What is panic attack
Panic attack is a sudden episode of severe fear that triggers physical motion without any real danger.. This can happen 1 or 2 times in their lifetime. The treatment is quite efficient which can control panic attacks. But if you are in a state of constant pressure or facing your fears, episodes can occur frequently and cause panic disorder.
You will reach the fear within a minute, There is no age limit as it is a psychiatric illness but mostly above the age of 20 (adult). Stress is the major factor, episodes occur due to constant stress. Men experience two times more than women.

Why is it happening?
When you face your fear, your body will turn on “fight or flight” Mode, the adrenal glands produce a large amount of adrenal glands. Alerts us, accelerates our heartbeat, and pumps blood to our muscles. Due to excess oxygen, breathing becomes faster, blood sugar increases. Your senses get sharper
How long will this last?
Panic attacks are mostly minimal, but fear varies across individuals, with episodes lasting from one minute to 30 minutes. But in some rare cases it lasts from an hour to a day. Usually, fear reaches its peak within 10 minutes, if it does not peak, it is not a panic attack which is a fear attack.
Panic attacks cannot be predicted This can happen anytime, anywhere, whether you are sleeping, jocking or whatever. It may occur one or more times, often or rarely. It depends on your stressful situation
The exact causes are still known, but there are some factors that can cause panic attacks.

Panic attack occurs suddenly without warning .But it can start from a certain position. For example, if you are chased by a tiger, our body will come into flight or fight mode, we breathe faster, the heartbeat becomes faster. But the cause of the panic attack is still unknown
